Group programme cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your place on the group programme, kindly give 48 hours notice before the start of the programme by emailing info@drlouiseolivertherapeuticlifecoaching.com 
Refund of the programme fee minus card transaction fees will be processed.


Individual programme cancellation policy
 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly give 48 hours notice by emailing info@drlouiseolivertherapeuticlifecoaching.com

You will forfeit your session if cancelled within the 48 hour period. This policy is to ensure efficient scheduling for all clients.

Day retreat cancellation policy

​

If you cancel 2 weeks prior to the retreat you will receive 75% refund.
If you cancel within 2 weeks of the day retreat no refund will be issued. However, if your place is filled 75% refund will be issued.
